The site widget gets a fourth tab. Feedback lets a visitor tell you about an idea or a problem from the page they are on, and the message comes to you, not to your public board.
New
A Feedback tab. A visitor picks Idea, Improvement, Bug or Other, writes a message and may leave an email, which is filled in when your site identified them. They get a thank-you, and no account is needed. Turn it on in Site widget → Customize, or with

Add one to the board as a new post, link it to a post you already have, or dismiss it. Several can be dismissed at once from the list.
An hourly digest. When new messages arrive, your team gets one notification in the dashboard and one email per hour, not one per message.
widget.sendFeedback()in@kookee/sdk(POST /v1/widget/feedback), for sending messages from a form of your own. It is not counted against your monthly API quota.create_feedbackfor AI assistants. An assistant connected over MCP with write access can file a post on the board the way the dashboard does: published at once, with your vote, and your team is notified.create_entryno longer creates feedback posts.
Sending is limited per visitor and per project, and a message nobody adds to the board or links to a post is deleted after 90 days.

The chat tab is Ask AI, with a sparkles icon in your accent color. Its id is still
ask, so your code does not change.Smoother navigation. Tabs light up on hover and when selected, list rows tint on hover, and switching tabs fades the new view in. Visitors who ask their system for reduced motion get no animation.
Getting it
The script tag at https://kookee.dev/chat/latest.js picks all of it up with no change to your site. From npm, update to @kookee/react 1.13.0 and @kookee/sdk 1.13.0. See Collect feedback from your site widget in the help center.
